Critical Race Theory (“CRT”) is not a political, economic, social or anthropological principle grounded in facts.

It is an insubstantial academic concept rooted entirely in the classic Marxist paradigm: even if from whole cloth, create two astoundingly narrowly defined classes of people, define those as natural oppressors and oppressed to promote mass disgruntlement, and finally class warfare. Ultimately, that causes the emergence of a totalitarian ruling class that will successfully subjugate the masses.

The 2020 – 2021 iteration of Marxism in the U.S. seized on the emergent racial war for a most opportune turbo-boost. By and large, Black Lives Matter, mindless purveyors of CRT, and the incomprehensibly misguided fascist left and right thought-leaders and thought-police, declare with total certainty that from birth, by virtue of happenstance, white people are privileged and destined to success in democratic America. Whereas black people, also from birth, are oppressed, with no future of achievement, lifetime and generational victims in fascist America.

Intellectually bankrupt race theorists insist that systemic racism is inexorably baked into American society and culture. To be clear, it is so without nary any appreciable abatement to this day. To the extent that reparations to all descendants of slaves, however they became slaves and ended up in slavery in the United States, are absolutely warranted, those funded by all members of the white population regardless of their origins or complicity in slavery, five to nine generations ago.

Slavery was the most reprehensible component of the nascent United States. Likewise throughout most of the entire world. If any attempt is made to mitigate the slavery argument, it matters little that less than fifty percent of the states in the U.S. allowed slavery. And in slave states, a relatively small percentage of the population were connected to slavery much less as owners. Notwithstanding, the ultimate military dismantling of slavery speaks to that in the bloodiest of terms.

What hucksters of Black Lives Matter and CRT expressly do not advocate are hard work, morals, knowledge, achievement, personal accountability, ethics, and above all indiscriminate value of life.

CRT is woefully bereft of facts relevant to progress of the black race in the U.S., particularly in the recent decades. It ignores all the progress in this country. Particularly what our ancestors and we have have done to right those wrongs that we neither contributed to nor condoned, however shameful those were. It is best to remember that about two and a half percent of the U.S. population died in the manifestly un-civil war. And all the righteous Americans, all colors, genders and religions who championed tirelessly for civil rights and the critical legislation that movement engendered.

Although without any doubt, the Unites States is the least racist, most inclusive country in the world, it is disingenuous to assert that there has been unfettered equal opportunity for all races. However much progress that has been made, there is still alarming de jure and de facto discrimination in our society. De jure fixes and progress, I opine, are the lesser trick to execute. It is easier to find a political constituency for most things than making the most of the legislation. De facto is a much more elegant problem. Much of that, regrettably, is in fact generationally endemic. The trick is finding the path to stop and ultimately reverse the social and economic downward vortex too many minorities live in. How to engage and fund the incredibly massive and necessary education paradigm, the re-building of society and, most importantly, family, to positive go forward norms. Perversely, the easiest component of the aforewritten phrase is the funding. At present, there appear to be no back-stops to spending significant percentages of our GDP – that would be trillions of dollars made from whole cloth, on, well, who the heck knows! I do not know nor have heard of anybody who has read those “bills”. We all, well some of us, do wonder who wrote those.

The challenge, I opine, is the logistics of that. How to move the focus from uncivil, fact-less, antagonistic by design, ultimately mindless, momentary fame-seeking, destructive shrieking, to enlightenment and then genuine civil discourse.
